Daryl Phillips and Eric Seabrook, principals with Phillips Seabrook have worked together for almost 30 years. Daryl is a Certified Building Official and Certified Floodplain Manager. Eric is a Certified Building Official and Certified Green Point Rater and Professional. Together they have over 70 years of experience as building code consultants. They also provide instruction in various aspects of code compliance to professional organizations. They actively participate on the boards of building industry organizations and regularly give back in kind services and philanthropy to the community.

Who We Serve
We serve both public agencies and private businesses throughout Northern California. For public agencies we provide plan review, code compliance, building inspection and building department administrative services. We have served over 100 cities, counties and state agencies.
We also work with a wide range of architects, developers and others in the building industry who need peer reviews, customized assistance or preliminary code analysis. Areas of expertise include public facilities, wineries, corporate and retail, hospitality, and housing. We also have in-depth experience at the Presidio in San Francisco, as well as with the National Park Service (NPS) and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

We Give Back
We take our responsibility to the community at seriously, and we frequently contribute to philanthropic events. We have been a major sponsor for the annual Nordby Golf Invitational, which benefits the Salvation Army, and have been involved with it for nearly 30 years. We are currently The Presenting Sponsor.
We are also involved with the Redwood Gospel Mission, a woman’s pregnancy center, and participate in the back to school buy for kids for the Salvation Army. We are a major supporter of the Redwood Empire Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Daryl is a former marine and we are also involved with veteran organizations. We believe in paying it forward.
